Project 01: Omni Channel Cloud Checkout Platform
Product Owner
For this project, I led a team of developers in revamping the company's store checkout experience, re-platforming all checkout services to cloud and implementing new features. It was a rewarding experience to see the positive impact of our work on the company's digital store experience.
The platform serviced all store experiences namely, Mobile POS, Self checkout and Scan and GO all from one backend offering a consistent user experience. I focused on creating a seamless and visually appealing mobile app interface. The project allowed me to explore innovative design concepts and deliver a product that resonated with the target audience.

Project 02: Enterprise AI and Data warehouse project

I initiated and led the enterprise-wide digital transition from siloed, manual data processes to a Cloud-First, AI-Powered infrastructure. The goal was to transform Organization's information landscape into a scalable, automated engine that supports Predictive Analytics and Business Intelligence at scale.

The Outcome
By standardizing data pipelines and eliminating silos, we created a single source of truth for organizational data, providing visibility at all authorized levels of the organization and embedded a Data Mindset that allowed the organization to lead with data-backed decisions. Asset downtime improved, and the company saved millions annually in maintenance costs due to fewer unexpected capital asset breakdown.

Project 03: E-commerce & Brand Marketplace Platform Development on Adobe Experience Platform
Product Manager
Launched the first global omnichannel Brand Marketplace and eCommerce platform for client on the Adobe Experience Platform. This initiative consolidated over 29 disparate sites with inconsistent branding and user experiences into one cohesive platform, eliminating the chaos of spread-out websites and digital assets. By partnering with product, UX, engineering, and marketing, we defined user journeys and prioritized features, leading to customer-centric personalizations and analytics-driven UX improvements that boosted checkout conversions and improved user engagement significantly. Additionally, with the help of the automated content and site management on Experience Manager (AEM), we reduced manual effort for website maintenance simplifying campaign management, content authoring for brand managers and providing them visibility to user behavior across sites.

Project 04: Web Development and social media strategy for an AI Production Company
Digital Consultant
For this project, I set up a professional website for the small startup, enhancing their online presence to facilitate lead generation. I meticulously planned a social media strategy and tested out and implemented tools for content automation, ensuring timely and consistent engagement across platforms.
As a result, the startup experienced a significant increase in organic traffic, generating valuable leads, and successfully won several commercial deals, positioning them strongly in the competitive AI video market.
